This page summarizes the limited data flow on the hamleon.com marketing site. It is not a substitute for a formal KVKK controller notice until the controller’s legal name, address, recipients, and exact retention periods are included.
1. Information processed
Language preference; analytics preference; and, if you send the email draft, your name, company name, email, phone number, and message. No site-usage data is sent for analytics while no analytics service is active.
2. Collection method and purpose
Language and analytics choices stay in your browser. Quote details reach us only if you send the prepared draft from your email account; the details are used to answer your request and conduct pre-contract discussions.
3. Legal basis
Responding to a quote request is based on taking pre-contract steps at your request. If non-essential analytics is enabled, it must not begin without separate information and your explicit permission.
4. Recipients and retention
A quote email you send is delivered through your email service and the recipient mailbox service. The controller’s service providers, any international transfers, and the retention period for each data type must be listed in the formal controller notice.
5. Your rights under KVKK
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its stated purpose and who received it, request correction or deletion and notification to recipients, object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
