This policy explains the data created when you visit the hamleon.com marketing site and how the quote form works. Player data on a licensed game site is outside the scope of this policy.
1. Browser preferences
Your language choice is stored for one year in a cookie named HAMLEON_LOCALE. Your analytics choice is not stored in a cookie; it is kept in your browser’s local storage under hamleon_cookie_consent.
No analytics service is currently active. If one is enabled later, page-view and site-usage data may be processed only after you allow analytics. This policy must be updated with provider and transfer details before that service is activated.
2. Quote and contact details
The quote form prepares an email draft from the name, company, email, phone, and message fields. The form does not send these details to the hamleon.com server. You review and send the draft from your own email app.
When you send the email, its content is processed by your chosen email service and the recipient mailbox service. Information that reaches us is used to answer your request and conduct the quote conversation.
3. Security
The marketing site is served in production with HTTPS and browser security headers. Product controls and deployment-specific security terms are addressed during the sales process and in the written agreement.
4. Your rights and contact
Your rights under KVKK include asking whether your data is processed, requesting information, correction or deletion, learning who received the data, objecting to an adverse result based solely on automated processing, and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.
5. Changes
If the site adds an analytics service, contact channel, or other processing activity, this policy must be updated before that activity begins.
